What is the interest liability for the filing of GSTR-3B?
The government gives relief to the taxpayer for filing GSTR-3B of interest rate which pays on GST return3B.
Taxpayers who have total turnover Rs. 5 cr. it should be liable to pay interest for GST return filing Form GSTR-3B in the preceding financial year

The taxpayer is liable to pay interest for the period of February 2020
- If the taxpayer pays GSTR-3B by 4 April 2020 then there will be no interest payable by the taxpayer.
- If taxpayers file GSTR-3b for the period of 5, April 2020 by June 24 then the applicable interest rate is @ 9%.
- If taxpayers do not file GST return (GSTR-3b) for the period of 21, March 2020 by June 24 then the applicable interest rate is @ 18.

The taxpayer is liable to pay interest for the period of March 2020
- If the taxpayer pays GSTR-3B by 5th May 2020 then there will be no interest payable by the taxpayer.
- If taxpayers file GSTR-3b for the period of 6th May 2020 by June 24 then the applicable interest rate is @ 9%.
- If taxpayers do not file GSTR-3b for the period of 21st April 2020 by June 24 then the applicable interest rate is @18%.

The taxpayer is liable to pay interest for the period of April 2020
- If the taxpayer file GSTR-3B by 4th June 2020 then there will be no interest payable by the taxpayer.
- If the taxpayer file GSTR-3B for the period of 5th June 2020 by 24th June, then the applicable interest rate is @9%.
- If the taxpayer does not file GSTR-3B for the period of 21st May 2020 by 24th June, then the applicable interest rate is @18%.
The taxpayer whose aggregate turnover is Rs. 1.5 cr. And up to Rs. 5 cr. In the preceding financial year.

The taxpayer is liable to pay interest for the period of February 2020
- If the taxpayer file GSTR-3B for the period of 29th June then there will be no interest payable by the taxpayer.
- If the taxpayer file the GSTR-3B by 23rd March 2020 then interest is payable @18%. If not filed by 29th June 2020 by the taxpayers who fall in the States, UT of the given list 1.
- If the taxpayer file the GSTR-3B by 25th March 2020 then the interest is payable @18%. If not filed by 29th June 2020 by the taxpayers who fall in the states, UT of the given list 2.

The taxpayer is liable to pay interest for the period of March 2020
- If the taxpayer file GSTR-3B for the period of 29th June then there will be no interest payable by the taxpayer.
- If the taxpayer file the GSTR-3B by 23rd April 2020 then interest is payable @18%. If not filed by 29th June 2020 by the taxpayers Who has GST Registration who fall in the States, UT of the given list 1.
- If the taxpayer files the GSTR-3B by 25th April 2020 then the interest is payable @18%. If not filed by 29th June 2020 by the taxpayers who fall in the states, UT of the given list 2.

The taxpayer is liable to pay interest for the period of April 2020
- If the taxpayer file GSTR-3B for the period of 30th June 2020 then there will be no interest payable by the taxpayer.
- If the taxpayer files the GSTR-3B by 23rd May 2020 then interest is payable @18%. If not filed by 30th June 2020 by the taxpayers who fall in the States, UT of the given list 1.
- If the taxpayer files the GSTR-3B by 25th May 2020 then the interest is payable @18%. If not filed by 30th June 2020 by the taxpayers who fall in the states, UT of the given list 2.
The taxpayers having turnover up to Rs. 1.5 cr. In the preceding financial year.

The taxpayer is liable to pay interest for the period of Feb 2020.
- Interest is not liable for the taxpayer who files GSTR-3B for the period of 30th June 2020
- If the taxpayer files the GSTR-3B by 23rd March 2020 then interest is payable @18%. If not filed by 30th June 2020 by the taxpayers who fall in the States, UT of the given list 1.
- If the taxpayer file the GSTR-3B by 25th March 2020 then interest is payable @18%. If not filed by 30th June 2020 by the taxpayers who fall in the States, UT of the given list 2.

The taxpayer is liable to pay interest for the period of March 2020.
- Interest is not liable for the taxpayer who files GSTR-3B for the period of 23rd July 2020
- If the taxpayer file the GSTR-3B by 23rd April 2020 then interest is payable @18%. If not filed by 23rd July 2020 by the taxpayers who fall in the States, UT of the given list 1.
- If the taxpayer file the GSTR-3B by 25th April 2020 then interest is payable @18%. If not filed by 23rd July 2020 by the taxpayers who fall in the States, UT of the given list 2.

The taxpayer is liable to pay interest for the period of April 2020.
- Interest is not liable for the taxpayer who files GSTR-3B for the period of 6th July 2020
- If the taxpayer files the GSTR-3B by 23rd May 2020 then interest is payable @18%. If not filed by 6th July 2020 by the taxpayers who fall in the States, UT of the given list 1.
- If the taxpayer files the GSTR-3B by 25rd May 2020 then interest is payable @18%. If not filed by 6th July 2020 by the taxpayers who fall in the States, UT of the given list 2. Know more about this read out the government Notification
